I undertook this property while under construction. The architect of this summerhouse is Sotiris Nomikos. It was requested that the house maintained a Myconian style but with a modern touch in keeping with the local color and at the same time meeting the owners’ needs and wishes.
The house was designed, furnished, decorated and equipped from scratch ready to be used by the owners. Due to the unique location of the house and its exquisite view, the verandas, the outdoor dining area and seating arrangement of the veranda and the pergolas should all be functional without hindering the unique scenery. All rooms overlook the beautiful landscape.
